POSTAGE, PACKING & HANDLING PRICING:-
Orders for delivery within the U.K.:-
Standard delivery is charged at £5.95 for all UK orders, no matter what the quantity or weight. We aim to pack your order within 48 hours of you placing your order. Your item should usually arrive within 5-7 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days from placement of order for delivery.
Express delivery is also available and charged at £10.00 and a signature will be required on delivery. Express delivery orders mut be received no later than 12 noon for next day delivery. However, please note that orders received after 12 noon on a Thursday will be picked and packed on Friday and therefore not delivered until Monday.
Important - we do not refund P & P.

Orders up to the value of £19.99 = £5.95 Postage, packing and handling.
Orders above £20.00 = £9.95 Postage, packing and handling.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Delivery dates cannot be completely guaranteed - we aim to deliver our products to you within 5-7 working days, but occasionally this is not possible. If you have not received your product within 10 working days please contact our Customer Services Team on 0115 9230 710.
Do you deliver to International Addresses?
We are the sole distributor in the U.K. and therefore only accept orders and deliver to UK mainland addresses. Please visit http://www.michebag.com/pages/international to see other International Distributors.
What happens if I'm not in when you deliver?
All our products are despatched by Royal Mail and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD). However if you are not in when your goods arrive, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery date and time, and giving you the local sorting office telephone number, address and opening hours.
Tracking your order
When you place an order, confirmation will be sent to your email address. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed within 48 hours, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us for a refund.
