How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery – we aim to pack your order within 48 hours. Your order should usually arrive within 5-7 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days from placement of order for delivery.
Express delivery is available and charged at £10.00 - orders must be received no later than 12 noon. Please note that your order will be despatched for delivery next working day and orders received before 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
We do email you your order number as soon as you place your order. Once your order is despatched we will email you again with your shipping number. So, please check your e-mail for updates or e-mail customerservices@selkin.co.uk or call us on 0115 923 0710 if you have any questions on the status of your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled before the order has been despatched (usually within 48 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been despatched are entitled to a refund, less postage, packing and handling.
Returns Policy & Replacements.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services Team at customerservices@selkin.co.uk or call us on 0115 923 0710 within 30 (thirty) days. Please state where and when the product was bought so that we may help you.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. This does not cover defects arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear. Defective goods will be replaced free of charge.

Can Miche Bag® magnets cause damage to credit cards, mobile phones, or other electronic equipment?
We use a specific type of permanent magnets called "earth magnets". They are effective at holding the Shell in place and are generally harmless! Miche is not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged credit cards, mobile phones or cameras
Can Miche Bag magnets cause damage to Pacemakers?
Miche is not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged pacemakers. Nonetheless, each consumer's pacemaker, overall health condition and Doctor's/Consultant's recommendation will not be the same. Thus, before purchasing a Miche Bag, please consult with the manufacturer of your pacemaker as well as your Doctor/Consultant about the safety of our products in regards to your particular circumstances.
What are the Miche Bag® and Miche shells made of?
The exterior of the Classic & Petite Miche Base Bags are made of a silk/polyester blend and the interior is made of Poplin.
The Prima and Demi Base Bags are 100% Poplin.
The Miche Bag design team uses a variety of materials in the production of Shells. The most commonly used product is polyurethane. This material is very popular in the fashion industry due to its durability and versatility and is often referred to as "faux leather." The shell material varies depending on the style, but can be: faux leather, faux crocodile skin, faux cheetah fur, regular nylon, textured nylon, canvas, or cotton and all of our products are 100% animal friendly.

How do I change the handles on my Miche Bag®?
To change the straps open the metal ring that attaches the straps to the bag. To open the clasp, just push down on the top of the metal ring (you might have to push hard to unlatch it). It should open allowing you to slide out the straps and attach the new ones.
