| Compensation Plan: |
•As a Consultant, you will receive 20% of earnings after VAT as been deducted. • Other recruits MUST be made via our Miche Home Retail Manager. You can recommend a potential Consultant and if they are successful, you will receive 5% of their earnings after VAT has been deducted. • Loyalty Card – with a customer’s initial purchase they will receive a Loyalty Card which can be redeemed against future purchases. Thereby encouraging repeat business back to you. • Hostess Gifts – A Hostess can purchase a base bag for ten pounds (instead of £25.00) for just for holding a party. In addition, for every £200.00 (two hundred) pounds of goods sold, a Hostess can buy a classic shell for £5.00 pounds instead of £15.00. • Miche Home Retail involves a simple two-tier structure unlike some other party plans schemes. • Miche Home Retail involves minimal paperwork. Starter stationery is supplied with the starter kit (see initial outlay). |

You will not be permitted to trade on E-bay or similar sites. • Consultants must always inform Selkin at events@selkin.co.uk prior to booking an event or fair to check that there will be no conflict of interest. |
| Product Guarantee: |
ALL Miche products are guaranteed for 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase and for 12 (twelve) months against manufacturing defects excluding defects arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear. Defective goods will be replaced free of charge. All goods to be returned in the first instance to the Hostess. |

| Cooling off period: |
After signing an agreement for Miche Home Retail, there is a 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period during which you are unable to take any orders. |
