| Product Guarantee: |
All the wonderful Miche Bag products are covered by a 30 (thirty) day from date of purchase guarantee, and for 12 (twelve) months against manufacturing defects excluding defects arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear. Defective goods will be replaced free of charge. All goods to be returned in the first instance to the Hostess. |

| Cooling off period: |
After signing an agreement for Miche Home Retail, there is a 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period during which you are unable to take any orders. |
